# Prospects

> The people you're reaching out to.

Every person Guhan finds is a **Prospect** — a real human tied to a real Company.

## What's in a Prospect record

* **Name, title, headline** — pulled from their LinkedIn profile
* **Company** — links to the [Company](/audience/companies) record
* **Contact channels** — LinkedIn URL, email (if revealed), phone (if revealed)
* **Source** — which Watchlist Agent found them + which signal triggered
* **Score** — how well they match your ICP (0–100)
* **Timeline** — every message sent to them + every reply received
* **Research brief** — 3 sentences Guhan wrote about them (used by the message agent when drafting)
* **Notes** — anything you want to jot down

## Prospects page

The **Audience → Prospects** page shows everyone in your workspace:

* **Filter by** — List, Watchlist Agent, Outreach Agent, status, source, channel
* **Search by** — name, title, company, email
* **Sort by** — most recent, name, score
* **Export** — download as CSV (up to 10,000 at a time)

By default it shows **landed** prospects only — people who passed all Guhan's filters. Toggle **Include filtered-out** to see everyone (including those Guhan decided didn't match).

## Prospect status

Every prospect has a derived status:

| Status | What it means |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Replied** | Prospect responded to at least one message |
| **Active** | In-flight in a sequence, no reply yet |
| **Paused** | Sequence paused (agent paused OR prospect on "not now") |
| **DNC** | On Do Not Contact list |
| **Unmailable** | No reachable channels found |
| **Cold** | Discovered but not yet enrolled in any sequence |

## Blocking a prospect

Right-click a prospect (or use the kebab menu on their detail page) → **Block** → moves them to Do Not Contact + ends any in-flight sequences for them.

## Deleting

Prospects are NOT deletable from the UI (chat agent tools can't delete them either — safety design). To permanently remove: contact [hello@guhan.ai](mailto:hello@guhan.ai). Blocking is usually what you want.
