## What to Include in Your Support Request

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email or when you call:

* **Your account email address** — the email address you use to log in to [app.guhan.ai](https://app.guhan.ai)
* **The name of the affected campaign** (if applicable) — this helps us locate the right data in our systems immediately
* **A description of the issue or question** — tell us what you expected to happen and what actually happened, including any error messages you saw
* **Screenshots if relevant** — a screenshot of the error or unexpected behaviour can significantly speed up diagnosis

  For billing or refund enquiries, always include your invoice number to speed up processing. You can find your invoice number in **Settings → Billing → Invoices** inside your Guhan dashboard.
