# Glossary

> Every term Guhan uses.

## A

**Ask Guhan** — the chat interface. Type questions, run actions, or build agents in natural language.

**Auto-enroll** — a setting on an Outreach Agent. When ON, new prospects landing in the bound List get enrolled automatically. When OFF, you approve each enrollment.

## B

**Brand & Voice** — settings page for how Guhan should sound. Industry, tone, voice, competitors, templates, products.

**Brief** — a short description of what a message should say. You write the intent; Guhan writes the actual per-prospect words.

## C

**Company** — an organization record. Every prospect ties to a Company. Companies have industry, headcount, HQ, and signals.

**Credit** — Guhan's unit of billing. 1 credit = 1 landed prospect OR 4 credits = 1 email reveal OR 12 = 1 phone reveal OR 1 = 1 AI reply draft.

**CTA** — call to action. The ask in your message.

## D

**Do Not Contact (DNC)** — a workspace-level block list. Guhan will never message anyone on it.

**Dedup / Deduplication** — Guhan skips prospects already in your workspace, so no one gets messaged twice.

## E

**Enrichment** — pulling a prospect's full LinkedIn profile (headline, posts, past roles) so Guhan can personalize.

**Enrollment** — a specific prospect being placed into a specific Outreach Agent's sequence.

## H

**Handoff** — when Guhan pauses its automation and drops a task in your Inbox for you to handle.

**Headcount** — company employee count. Used in ICP filtering.

**HQ country** — where a company is headquartered. Different from a prospect's location (where they live/work).

## I

**ICP** — Ideal Customer Profile. Your description of who you sell to.

**In-flight** — a prospect currently mid-sequence (received one message, waiting for the next, hasn't exited).

**Inbox** — the tasks page. Where Guhan hands things back to you.

**Invite** — a LinkedIn connection request. First step of most outbound sequences.

## L

**Land / Landed** — a prospect that passed all Watchlist Agent filters and got added to your List. This is what you're billed 1 credit for.

**List** — a bucket of prospects. Watchlist Agents feed a List; Outreach Agents drain from a List.

## M

**Match score** — a 0-100 number Guhan assigns each prospect based on how well they match your ICP. Below the threshold (default 50) they get filtered out.

**Message agent** — the LLM that drafts your outbound messages. Reads Brand & Voice + prospect profile + step context.

## N

**Node** — a step on the sequence canvas. Send / wait / branch / handoff / AI reply / etc.

## O

**Outreach Agent** — the messaging half of Guhan. Sends personalized outreach to prospects from a List via a sequence.

## P

**Persona** — a shorthand for a specific type of prospect (e.g., "Enterprise VPs of Sales").

**Prospect** — one person you're reaching out to. A real human tied to a Company.

**Pipeline (prospect pipeline)** — the 5-stage flow from LinkedIn search to landed prospect. Search → enrich → score → dedupe → land.

## Q

**Quota** — daily / weekly cap on how many actions a sender account can take. LinkedIn: 25 invites/day, 30 DMs/day (defaults).

## R

**Reauth** — re-signing in via OAuth when a sender's token expires.

**Research brief** — the 3-sentence summary Guhan writes about each prospect. Used by the message agent to personalize.

## S

**Sender account** — one of your connected LinkedIn / email / WhatsApp accounts that Guhan uses to send.

**Sequence** — the step-by-step flow that runs for every prospect enrolled in an Outreach Agent.

**Signal** — a real-world event (funding, hiring, engagement) that triggers a Watchlist Agent to find prospects.

**Sweep** — one run of a Watchlist Agent. Usually happens once per day per signal.

## T

**Template** — a reusable brief you can start any Send step from. Lives in Brand & Voice.

**Threshold** — the match-score cutoff. Prospects below it get filtered out.

**Trigger** — synonym for Signal. What causes a prospect to become worth reaching out to now.

**Turn** — one step in the onboarding wizard.

## W

**Warm-up** — the 30-day ramp for new sender accounts. Starts at 30% of daily caps, grows to 100% over 30 days.

**Watchlist Agent** — the prospect finder half of Guhan. Runs a daily search based on your ICP + signals; lands prospects into a List.

**WHO panel** — the ICP fields on a Watchlist Agent (title, location, industry, size).

**WHEN panel** — the signals section on a Watchlist Agent.
