# Book Meetings Directly on Your Calendar with Guhan

> Connect Google Calendar or Outlook to Guhan so your AI agent can book qualified sales meetings directly on your schedule — no back-and-forth required.

Calendar integration is what closes the loop. When a prospect agrees to a meeting, Guhan doesn't just log the win — it generates a personalized booking link, sends it to the prospect, and lands the confirmed meeting directly on your calendar, complete with a video conference link. From intent signal to booked call, the entire journey is handled automatically, with no scheduling back-and-forth required from you.

## Supported Calendar Providers

Guhan natively integrates with the two most widely used business calendar platforms:

## Connecting Google Calendar

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Email Settings">
    Navigate to **Settings → Channels → Email**. Google Calendar is linked through your Gmail sender account — there is no separate calendar connection step.

  <Step title="Connect Gmail">
    Click **Connect Gmail** and complete the Google OAuth flow. When prompted, approve the calendar permissions — these are included automatically alongside email permissions.

  <Step title="Set Your Availability">
    Once connected, go to **Settings → Calendar → Availability** to configure your working hours and the days you are open for meetings.

  <Step title="Choose Meeting Duration">
    Select your default meeting length: **15 minutes**, **30 minutes**, or **60 minutes**. You can offer multiple durations if your sales process calls for it.

    Save your settings. Guhan will now include your available booking slots whenever a prospect agrees to a meeting.

## Connecting Outlook Calendar

The Outlook Calendar connection follows the same flow as Google — calendar permissions are bundled with your email sender authorization.

    Click **Connect Outlook** and complete the Microsoft 365 OAuth flow. Approve the calendar permissions when prompted.

    Save your settings. Guhan is now ready to book meetings directly onto your Outlook calendar.

## Setting Your Availability

Your availability settings give Guhan the boundaries it needs to book meetings without overbooking or creating scheduling conflicts. Configure all of the following under **Settings → Calendar → Availability**:

| **Working Hours**            | The start and end time of your bookable window each day        |
| **Days of the Week**         | Toggle which days prospects can book meetings                  |
| **Buffer Time**              | A gap between meetings to give yourself preparation time       |
| **Maximum Meetings Per Day** | A hard cap on how many meetings Guhan can book in a single day |

## How Booking Works

Once your calendar is connected and availability is set, Guhan handles the entire booking flow autonomously.

    Guhan detects a positive response — across LinkedIn, Email, or WhatsApp — and recognizes that the prospect is ready to book.

    Guhan generates and sends the prospect a personalized booking link that reflects your real-time availability.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Prospect Picks a Slot">
    The prospect selects a time that works for them from your available slots.

  <Step title="Meeting Created in Both Calendars">
    A calendar invite is created in both your calendar and the prospect's, automatically including a video conference link — Google Meet for Gmail connections, Microsoft Teams for Outlook connections.

  <Step title="You Receive a Notification">
    Guhan sends you an email notification confirming the booking, including the prospect's name, company, and meeting time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Dashboard Updated">
    Guhan marks the prospect's status as **Meeting Booked** in your dashboard, updating your pipeline automatically.
