# Sync Guhan Leads, Conversations, and Meetings to Your CRM

> Automatically push Guhan prospects, conversations, and booked meetings into your CRM. Eliminate manual data entry and keep your pipeline always up to date.

Guhan's CRM integration syncs every prospect discovered, message sent, and meeting booked directly into your CRM in real time. The moment Guhan identifies a qualified lead, engages them across LinkedIn, Email, or WhatsApp, or books a meeting on your calendar, that activity is pushed straight into your pipeline — no manual data entry, no CSV exports, no lag.

## What Gets Synced

Every meaningful action Guhan takes on your behalf is recorded in your CRM automatically:

* **New prospects** — a full contact record including name, title, company, email address, LinkedIn URL, and phone number
* **Intent signal data** — the specific buying signal that triggered Guhan's outreach, so you know exactly why each prospect was contacted
* **Messages sent and replies received** — the full conversation thread, timestamped and attributed to the correct contact record
* **Meeting details** — date, time, prospect name, and calendar link for every booked meeting
* **Campaign tags** — the Guhan campaign that sourced the lead, keeping your attribution clean from first touch to closed deal

## Field Mapping

Guhan ships with sensible default field mappings for standard CRM objects — contacts, companies, activities, and deals. If your CRM uses custom fields or a non-standard schema, you can define exactly how each Guhan data point maps to your records.

Navigate to **Settings → Integrations → CRM → Field Mapping** to configure custom mappings. You can map any Guhan field — including intent signal type, campaign name, channel used, and meeting status — to any custom field in your CRM.

## Sync Frequency

All syncs happen in real time as Guhan acts. There are no batch windows or scheduled delays — when Guhan books a meeting at 2:47 PM, your CRM reflects it at 2:47 PM. This keeps your pipeline accurate for your entire team, even if Guhan is running outreach around the clock.

<Note>
  Visit **Settings → Integrations** in your Guhan dashboard to see the current list of supported CRM platforms. New integrations are added regularly.

<Tip>
  Use campaign tags in Guhan to track which campaign sourced each CRM deal. This makes attribution clean when reporting pipeline to your team.
