Prospect
A prospect is one person. Each prospect record has:- Name, title, headline — pulled from their LinkedIn profile
- Company — links to the Company record
- Contact channels — LinkedIn URL, email (if revealed), phone (if revealed)
- Source — which Watchlist Agent found them + which signal triggered
- Score — how well they match your ICP (0–100)
- Timeline — every message sent to them + every reply received
- Notes — anything you want to jot down
Company
A company is the org a prospect works for. Each company record has:- Name, domain, LinkedIn URL
- Industry, headcount, HQ location
- Description — pulled from LinkedIn’s company page
- Signals — recent funding, hiring activity, etc. (drives your Watchlist Agent)
- Related prospects — everyone you’ve discovered at this company

The Prospects page shows everyone in your workspace:- Filter by — List, Watchlist Agent, Outreach Agent, status, source, channel
- Search by — name, title, company, email
- Sort by — most recent, name, score
- Export — download as CSV (up to 10,000 at a time)

The Companies page shows all orgs Guhan has discovered. By default it shows companies with at least one landed prospect. Toggle Include companies without prospects to see everyone (including companies discovered via signal but nobody landed yet).Blocking
If you never want to reach out to a person or a company again:- Block a prospect — the prospect and everyone at their company (if it’s a competitor) can move to Do Not Contact
- Block a company — same effect, applied across all prospects at that company
