Getting started

No. Personal LinkedIn works fine for both sending and discovery. Sales Navigator gets slightly higher search quality but isn’t required.
No — 7-day free trial requires no card. Guhan asks for payment on day 8.
Yes. Personal Gmail and Outlook accounts work. Google Workspace + Microsoft 365 also work (sometimes require admin approval).
~10 minutes for setup + ~10 minutes for the first prospect to land. First message sends fire during your active hours — if you set up outside your window, sends queue for the next opening.
Yes — CSV upload on the Lists page. Provide name + LinkedIn URL (email optional). Guhan enriches from LinkedIn and treats them like any other prospect.

LinkedIn safety

Guhan is built inside LinkedIn’s published safe limits — 25 invites/day, 30 DMs/day, throttled with random delays, warmed up over 30 days for new accounts. Following the defaults, restriction is very rare.Aggressive settings (widened caps, minimal warm-up, narrow sending windows) increase risk. Guhan warns you when you push past safe zones.
Yes — that’s the recommended pattern. Guhan mimics your normal usage patterns. If you already send occasional messages from LinkedIn, adding Guhan on top is a natural extension.
Yes — Settings → Sender accounts → [account] → Skip warm-up. Only recommended for established accounts (30+ days, 150+ connections).
Guhan detects the restriction + pauses that sender + shows a banner. You’ll need to appeal to LinkedIn OR wait it out. Once restored, click Reauth in Settings; Guhan resumes at reduced pace to rebuild reputation.

Messages + personalization

Yes. Every draft references your Brand & Voice settings (tone, language, always-include, never-say). If a message doesn’t sound like you, edit your voice — every future message will match.
Yes — set the step’s brief to the exact wording you want. Guhan will still personalize per prospect (their name, company, situation) but respect your wording otherwise.
On any Send step, turn on Require approval. Guhan drafts + creates an Approve task in your Inbox. Nothing sends until you click Approve.
Yes. Set Preferred language in Brand & Voice. Supported: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified). More on request.
Templates + merge tags produce the same text with swapped in. Guhan reads each person’s profile + writes a fresh message. Same product, but the invite to a Series A founder in fintech will read differently than the invite to a Series B founder in devtools.

Prospects + discovery

LinkedIn (Classic search + Sales Navigator when available) + Crustdata (LinkedIn-enriched company + person database). We do NOT use scraped email databases.
Yes — when a step needs to send email, Guhan looks up the prospect’s company email (4 credits per reveal). Discovery-time reveal is optional.
Guhan can’t enrich private profiles fully but can still add them to your List if we have basic info. Messages sent to private profiles may have less personalization.
Yes — Settings → Do Not Contact. Block by email, LinkedIn URL, or domain. Enforced globally across all your agents.
Two options:
  • Tighten filters on the Watchlist Agent — narrower title / smaller company size / stricter signal
  • Set a daily prospect target — cap the max landing per day (say, 25) so you never wake up to a wall of prospects

Billing + credits

  • Discovering a prospect (1 credit each)
  • Revealing an email (4 credits)
  • Revealing a phone (12 credits)
  • AI reply draft (1 credit)
  • Recent-post fetch (0.25 credits — opt-in)
  • Ask Guhan overflow (1 credit per 50k tokens over daily quota)
Sending doesn’t cost credits.
Discovery pauses. Email + phone reveals pause. AI reply drafts pause. Sending still works (already free). Buy a pack or wait for the monthly reset.
  • Monthly grant (from your plan) — doesn’t roll over. Refills on your billing anniversary.
  • Top-up packs — carry over 12 months. Spent AFTER the monthly grant is depleted.
Yes — full refund within 7 days of any invoice. Email hello@guhan.ai.
Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Takes effect at end of current billing cycle. Your data stays for 30 days after cancellation.

Teams

Yes — Settings → Members → Invite. Pick a role. They get an email link + join your workspace.
Each sender has one owner — the person whose LinkedIn/email/WhatsApp it is. As a Workspace Admin, you can reassign senders to teammates.
Yes — inbox tasks route to the sender’s owner by default; you can reassign anytime. All actions on a prospect show in the shared timeline.
Yes — an organization can have multiple workspaces. Each workspace has separate senders, prospects, billing. Switch via the workspace picker in the sidebar.

Meetings

Yes — paste your booking URL in Settings → Calendars. Guhan uses it as the scheduling link. You still get all your Cal.com / Calendly features.
Not out-of-the-box. The prospect books their own time from the link Guhan sends them. If you want more automated booking, use Cal.com routing forms.
Your calendar defines available slots. If your Google Calendar shows you as busy at 3am, prospects can’t book that. If your calendar is empty at 3am, they could — set working hours in your calendar OR in Guhan Settings → Meeting preferences.
