All billing for your Guhan account is managed from Settings → Billing. From there you can update your payment method, download past invoices, change your subscription plan, purchase credit packs, add seats, and cancel your subscription — all without contacting support.

Payment Methods

Guhan accepts all major credit and debit cards. To add or update your payment method:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method.
  2. Click Update Card and enter your new card details.
  3. Save the changes. Your next charge will go to the new card.
Guhan does not store your card details directly — payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Your card number is never visible to Guhan staff.

Invoices

Every charge generates a PDF invoice, which is automatically emailed to the account owner on the billing date. You can also download any past invoice at any time:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice by date.
  3. Click Download to save the PDF.
If you need invoices addressed to a specific company name or with a tax ID (GST, VAT, etc.), update your Billing Details in the same section before your next charge.

Changing Your Plan

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, navigate to Settings → Billing → Plan and select the new plan.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. The cost difference is prorated against the remaining days in your current billing cycle — you’re only charged for what you use.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain your current plan’s features and limits until then.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no need to contact support.

Open Billing Settings

Navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

Confirm Cancellation

Review the cancellation summary, which shows your last active date and what happens to your data. Click Confirm Cancellation.

Cancellation Takes Effect

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again after that.
After your subscription ends, your account data — prospects, campaigns, meeting history — is retained for 90 days. After 90 days it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you resubscribe within that window, all your data is restored.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any active credit pack charges billed separately. Confirm all add-ons are removed before cancelling to avoid unexpected charges.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund requests must be submitted to hello@guhan.ai within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and the invoice number to help us process it quickly.
