This guide walks you through everything you need to go from zero to a fully running AI sales agent. By the end, you’ll have a verified Guhan account, at least one outreach channel connected, your agent configured with your Ideal Customer Profile, your first campaign live, and a dashboard showing real-time activity — all in around five minutes.

Create your account

Go to app.guhan.ai and enter your work email address. Guhan will send you a verification code — enter it to confirm your account and activate your 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started.Once verified, you’ll land in the Guhan dashboard and be prompted to complete your setup.

Connect a channel

Guhan reaches prospects via LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp. Connect at least one channel to get started:
  • LinkedIn — Authorize your LinkedIn account so Guhan can send connection requests and messages on your behalf. See Connect LinkedIn for the step-by-step setup.
  • Email — Link your Gmail or Outlook inbox to send cold emails and handle replies. See Connect Email.
  • WhatsApp — Connect your WhatsApp Business number for direct messaging. See Connect WhatsApp.
You can connect multiple channels at any time and manage them from the Channels section of your dashboard.

Configure your agent

Guhan reads your website to understand your product, value proposition, and target market — so every message it sends is grounded in your actual business.
  1. Enter your website URL in the Agent Setup screen. Guhan will crawl it and extract the context it needs.
  2. Define your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): industry, company size, job titles, geographies, and any must-have or must-avoid criteria.
The more specific your ICP, the more precisely Guhan will target and the better your reply rates will be. See Set Up Your Agent for a full walkthrough of all configuration options.

Launch your first campaign

With your channel connected and your agent configured, you’re ready to run your first campaign.
  1. Go to Campaigns and click New Campaign.
  2. Give your campaign a name and select your target criteria (you can refine your ICP further here).
  3. Set your daily limits — how many new prospects Guhan should contact per day.
  4. Hit Launch.
Guhan will immediately begin scanning for high-intent prospects that match your ICP and start sending personalized outreach. See Outreach Settings for advanced campaign options including follow-up sequences and message tone.

Track your results

Open your Dashboard to see Guhan’s live activity feed: prospects found, messages sent, replies received, and meetings booked. Each prospect card shows the intent signals that triggered outreach and the full message thread.Use the Analytics tab to track open rates, reply rates, and campaign ROI over time. Start with LinkedIn if you’re unsure which channel to connect first — it typically has the highest reply rates for B2B outreach, and Guhan’s intent signals are heavily weighted toward LinkedIn activity.
