Settings is everything about your workspace itself — name, teammates, sender accounts, billing, integrations. Everyone-in-one-place plumbing. Open from the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar.

General

  • Workspace name — how your workspace shows in the sidebar and on invites
  • Workspace slug — the URL fragment (e.g., guhan.ai/acme where “acme” is the slug)
  • Time zone — used for sending windows, sweep schedules, and Meetings display
  • Delete workspace — permanent; contact support to restore

Members

Manage who has access.
  • Invite — send an email invite; pick a role
  • Change role — promote / demote a teammate
  • Remove — offboard a teammate (their sender accounts stay but need reassignment)
  • Pending invites — resend or revoke

Roles

Beyond the 3 built-in roles (Workspace Admin, Campaign Manager, Sales Rep), you can create custom roles with granular permissions. Built-ins:
  • Workspace Admin — full access
  • Campaign Manager — create + edit + launch agents; can’t delete workspace records or manage billing
  • Sales Rep — see + reply to assigned prospects only

Sender accounts

Every LinkedIn / email / WhatsApp account Guhan uses to send.
  • + Connect — add a new sender
  • Reauth — re-authorize when OAuth expires
  • Schedule — set the sender’s active hours + timezone + weekdays
  • Quotas — adjust per-action daily caps
  • Owner — reassign to a teammate
  • Disconnect — remove; pauses any in-flight sequences using this sender

Calendars

Connect your calendar for meeting bookings.
  • Google Calendar — native OAuth
  • Outlook Calendar — native OAuth
  • Cal.com — paste your booking URL
  • Calendly — paste your booking URL

Do Not Contact (DNC)

The workspace-wide block list.
  • Emails — specific email addresses to never message
  • LinkedIn URLs — specific people to never message
  • Domains — every prospect at this domain gets auto-blocked (add your own domain here so you don’t outreach yourself)
  • Companies — LinkedIn company URLs; auto-blocks all their employees

Manage your plan + credits + payment method.
  • Current plan — Starter / Growth / Scale + current billing cycle
  • Credit balance — monthly grant + top-up pool + last 50 ledger entries
  • Buy credit pack — top up with a 200 / 1,000 / 2,000 credit pack
  • Change plan — upgrade (immediate) or downgrade (at cycle end)
  • Payment methods — cards + billing address
  • Invoices — download past invoices
  • Cancel subscription — takes effect at cycle end
