Guhan doesn’t send messages from a Guhan email or a Guhan LinkedIn account — it sends from your accounts. You connect them once, Guhan uses them for you.

Which senders you can connect

LinkedIn

Personal LinkedIn or Sales Navigator. Handles invites, DMs, comments, profile views, reactions.

Email (Gmail / Outlook)

Standard Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts. Handles outbound + reply threading.

WhatsApp

Personal or business WhatsApp. Handles outbound messages + inbound reply capture.

How to connect one

Go to Settings → Sender accounts → Connect. Pick a provider, sign in with that provider, and Guhan handles the OAuth handshake.
Guhan uses Unipile as the underlying provider for LinkedIn / Gmail / Outlook / WhatsApp. Your credentials go through their secure OAuth flow — Guhan never sees your password.

One account, dual role

Your LinkedIn sender account plays two roles:
  1. Sending — invites, DMs, comments to prospects
  2. Discovery — searching for prospects, pulling reactor lists off posts
Both count toward the same daily quota. Guhan balances discovery vs. sends automatically — if you’re near your daily send cap, discovery slows down to protect sends.

Daily limits

LinkedIn’s published safe caps:

Invites25/day~40/day
DMs30/day~50/day
Profile views30/day~500/day
Comments100/week100/week
Reactions300/week500/week
For email + WhatsApp:

Gmail500/dayWell inside Google’s provider-side ceiling
Outlook500/dayWell inside Microsoft’s provider-side ceiling
WhatsApp40/dayUnipile personal-app tier (Unipile’s own guidance is 30-50/day)
You can adjust these per-account in Settings → Sender accounts → [account] → Quotas.

Warm-up

New sender accounts (< 30 days old) start at reduced capacity and ramp over time:
  • Day 0–7: 30% of full pace
  • Day 8–14: 50%
  • Day 15–21: 75%
  • Day 22–30: 90%
  • Day 30+: 100%
Established accounts (existing LinkedIn history, > 150 connections) skip the warm-up entirely.

Sending window

Every sender has an active sending window — the hours + days of the week when messages actually go out. Default: 10am–6pm Mon–Sat, in the sender’s timezone. Set narrow windows to look more human. Set broader windows to send more per day. Guhan spreads sends randomly within the window.

Multiple senders on one Outreach Agent

You can attach multiple senders to a single Outreach Agent — Guhan will rotate through them to spread volume. Useful when you have 2-3 LinkedIn accounts (yours + team members’) feeding the same campaign.

What happens if a sender breaks

If your LinkedIn account gets restricted, or you change your Google password, Guhan can’t send anymore. You’ll see:
  • A banner at the top of the app — “Your LinkedIn account needs re-authentication”
  • In-flight sequence steps hold in place until you fix it
  • New enrollments pause until at least one working sender exists
Click the banner or go to Settings → Sender accounts → Reauth to fix.
