The SDR workflow Guhan runs
Every good SDR does these six things. Guhan does them for you.1
Learn the business
Read what you sell, who buys it, what problems it solves, how you differ from competitors, what your brand voice sounds like. What this maps to in the app: Brand & Voice + Products. You brief Guhan by filling these in.Why it matters: every message Guhan writes downstream is only as good as the context you give here. This is where quality comes from.
2
Find fit prospects
Continuously scan for people who match your ideal customer AND look ready to buy — hiring, funding, exec changes, post engagement. What this maps to in the app: Lists with signal sources. Each source has a WHO filter (titles, geo, industry, headcount) + optional buying signals.
3
Research every prospect
Read the person’s profile, role, company, and recent activity before writing anything. What this maps to in the app: the research brief that runs on every landed prospect. You never trigger it manually.
4
Draft hyper-personalized outreach
Write from scratch, per prospect, per channel — same brief adapts to LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp with each version referencing that person’s real work. What this maps to in the app: the message agent inside every Campaign step. It reads Brand & Voice + Product + research brief for each draft.
5
Handle replies
Route “not now” replies to a pause. Drop unsubscribe requests onto DNC. Classify meeting requests. Escalate real conversations to you. What this maps to in the app: the Inbox. Guhan shows you only what needs your judgment.
6
Book meetings
Convert warm interest into calendar events without back-and-forth. Send scheduling links; sync the meeting to your calendar. What this maps to in the app: Meetings + calendar integrations + booking links.
The two building blocks: Lists and Campaigns
Under the hood the workflow above runs through two records:A List
A bucket of prospects. You feed it from search criteria, buying signals, competitors, another List, or a CSV — Guhan discovers new prospects daily and lands them here.Maps to workflow Step 2 (find) + Step 3 (research).
A Campaign
Points at a List. Reads each prospect’s profile, writes a personal message, runs the full follow-up across LinkedIn / Email / WhatsApp, routes replies to your Inbox.Maps to workflow Steps 4-6 (draft, handle, book).
A concrete example
Say you sell an analytics tool to VPs of Marketing at SaaS companies. Your List (you set this up once) has two sources:- Search criteria: VP of Marketing at SaaS companies with 50–500 employees
- Signal source: posted about attribution in the last 30 days
- Pulls prospects from that List
- Runs this sequence:
- Day 0 — LinkedIn invite
- Day 3 — LinkedIn DM
- Day 7 — Email
- Day 14 — Follow-up email
The work you never see
You don’t have to think about any of this — but it’s why Guhan actually works:- Reads every profile before writing — so the message quotes their real role, company, recent post.
- Throttles daily volume to LinkedIn-safe limits — so your account doesn’t get restricted.
- Retries failed sends — rate limits, network blips, temporary bans — so you don’t lose anyone.
- Withdraws stale invites after 14 days — keeps your pending queue clean.
- Classifies every reply — meeting requests turn into calendar links, out-of-office replies pause the sequence for 7 days, unsubscribe requests drop them onto Do Not Contact.
Where you fit in
Guhan handles the volume. You handle the judgment:- Review prospects as they land — is this really your buyer?
- Approve drafts when Guhan asks for a second look on a high-stakes reply.
- Take over threads — Guhan hands you the conversation, you close it.
