Launching checks that the campaign can actually send, then turns it on. After that, one header button controls it: Pause, then Resume.

Launch checklist

Click Launch on the campaign page. Guhan checks the campaign first. Blockers stop the launch until you fix them. Warnings do not stop it.

Blockers

1

The sequence has at least one step

An empty sequence cannot launch. Add steps in the Sequence tab.
2

The sequence is valid

Every step is connected and has what it needs. Cards with a red error show you where.
3

An audience list is selected

Open the Start step and include at least one list.
4

Every channel in the sequence has senders

If a step uses LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp, the campaign needs a sender for that channel. Connect an account in Sender accounts if you have none, or pick one in the Start step.
5

At least one sender per channel is connected

If every sender for a channel has disconnected, reconnect one or add another.
6

There are no unsaved changes

Changes you made on the canvas must be saved as part of the launch. If Guhan reports unsaved changes, wait for the save indicator in the editor bar to settle and try again.
If the button is disabled or the launch is refused, the message lists exactly what is missing, with a link to fix it.

Warnings

You can launch with these, but they are worth a look:
  • No prospects in the audience yet. The campaign sits ready and picks up prospects as they are added to the list. Nothing sends until then.
  • No product set. Messages go out without a product to pitch.
  • No brand voice configured. Messages may not match your tone.

A quick sanity check

Before you click Launch, preview a message for a real prospect, confirm the sender’s send window and limits match what you want, and make sure your own company’s email domain is on your Do Not Contact list.

Campaign statuses

The header button changes with the status: Launch on a draft, Pause on an active campaign, Resume on a paused one. Right after launch, the Overview tab shows Guhan finding your first prospects.

How prospects enroll

  • When a campaign goes active, prospects already on its audience lists enroll.
  • While it is active, any prospect added to an included list enrolls automatically, however they were added: a search or signal, a CSV upload, by hand, or Add to list from the Prospects page. There is no separate toggle. People who were already in the list before the Campaign went live enroll when you launch or resume it.
  • Prospects on an excluded list never enroll.
  • A prospect can only be active in one enrollment of the same campaign at a time. With Allow re-entry on, they can enter again after the cooldown, up to the maximum entries you set. With it off, each prospect enrolls once.
Each prospect gets one sender per channel and keeps it for the whole campaign, so a conversation stays with the same account. The Leads tab lists every enrollment with its current step and status:

Pause and resume

Click Pause and confirm. Sends stop right away. Prospects in flight stay where they are, and when you Resume they continue from their next scheduled step. Individual prospects also pause on their own when their sender disconnects, and resume when it is reconnected.

Edit a live campaign

Active campaigns are view-only, so you cannot change a sequence mid-send by accident.
1

Pause the campaign

The sequence editor and the Start settings sheet unlock.
2

Make your changes

Edit steps, audience, product, goal, context, re-entry rules, or senders. Changes to the sequence and campaign content save as a draft.
3

Click Resume

If you have unpublished changes, a dialog shows what changed. Choose Publish & resume to apply them, or Discard edits & resume to go back to the live version.
When you publish, prospects already in flight move to the new version. If the step a prospect was on no longer exists, they skip ahead to the next step that does. If there is none, their enrollment stops. Prospects who join after you publish follow the new version from the start. Prospects added to the audience while the campaign was paused enroll when you resume.

Test run

Use Test run in the Sequence editor to walk a prospect through the steps and see what would fire, in order, without sending anything. See Build a campaign.

Clone a campaign

Open the … menu on the campaign page and choose Clone campaign. You get a new draft with the same steps, re-entry rules, and senders. The audience is not copied, so pick one before you launch. This stops the copy from contacting the same prospects as the original.

Delete a campaign

Open the … menu and choose Delete campaign. Active campaigns cannot be deleted, so pause first. The confirmation shows what will be removed: enrolled prospects, conversation threads, message records, open tasks, and meetings. Deleting is permanent. Prospects stay on your lists; only this campaign’s record of them is removed.

If something is off

Hover the button or open the launch message. It lists each blocker with a link to fix it.
The sender may be outside its send window or on a day it does not send, the daily limit may be reached, or the audience list may still be empty. Check the sender in Sender accounts and see Sending safety.
Check the sender account for a disconnected or restricted warning. Reconnecting resumes its prospects. An out-of-office reply pauses a prospect for 7 days on its own.
Sending stops when a trial or billing period has ended. See Plans and credits.
