Daily and weekly limits
Limits apply per sender account, across all campaigns that use it. These are the defaults for a newly connected account:
On top of the daily and weekly caps, Guhan also limits bursts within an hour. On LinkedIn, invites, DMs, and profile visits together are capped at 10 per hour per account. WhatsApp is capped at 10 messages per hour. These hourly caps are fixed and not editable.
You can review and change an account’s limits in its settings under Settings > Sender accounts.
What happens at a limit
Nothing is skipped. When an account reaches a limit, the step waits and sends once the limit resets. A sequence just takes longer to move through when an account is saturated, so add senders or spread prospects over more days if you need more volume.Send window
Guhan only sends inside each sender account’s active hours.- Default window: 9:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
- Timezone: the sender account’s timezone, set when you connect it. It is the sender’s working hours that count, not the prospect’s local time.
- Outside the window: the step waits and sends when the window next opens.
Pacing
Within the window, Guhan spreads sends out instead of firing them back to back. The gap between two sends on the same account is randomized and scaled to the account’s daily limit and the length of its window. For example, 25 LinkedIn invites across a 10-hour window average roughly one every 24 minutes, with each gap varying widely so there is no fixed rhythm. There is always a minimum gap between sends. If LinkedIn refuses an invite because the prospect was invited recently, Guhan pauses invites on that account for several hours and retries later. Temporary errors retry automatically; you do not lose messages.Prospect-finding limits and warm-up
The pacing setting (Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive) and the 30-day warm-up on new LinkedIn accounts control how much prospect-finding activity Guhan runs from an account, such as profile lookups and searches. They do not set a ramp for invites, DMs, or emails: those use the limits in the table above from the start. Start new accounts gently anyway, and watch the account’s health after connecting.Pending invites are cleaned up
LinkedIn dislikes large stacks of unanswered invites. Guhan automatically withdraws connection invites it sent that have gone unanswered for 14 days, in a daily cleanup.Do Not Contact
Before every send, Guhan checks the prospect against your Do Not Contact list, which holds email addresses and domains. A match stops that prospect’s enrollment, no message goes out, and the list also applies to prospects who are already mid-sequence when you add an entry. See the page for how to add, remove, and bulk-paste entries. If a prospect cannot be reached on a channel (for example, a bounced email address), Guhan skips that step and continues with the rest of the sequence.Sender health
If a sender account disconnects or needs re-authentication:- Its prospects pause automatically and resume once you reconnect it.
- A banner appears in the app, and launch is blocked for a channel whose senders are all disconnected.
- Reconnect from Settings > Sender accounts. See Troubleshooting.
Read-only workspaces
When a trial ends without a subscription, or a billing grace period runs out, the workspace becomes read-only. Sends stop and your unused credits are kept. See Plans and credits.Pausing is always available
