What costs a credit

Two credit pools
Your workspace has two credit balances that stack:Monthly grant
Refills to your plan amount on your billing anniversary. Unused credits DON’T carry over.
Top-up pool
Bought as credit packs. Carries over 12 months. Spent AFTER the monthly grant is depleted.
What happens when you run out
If your combined balance hits 0:- Prospect discovery pauses — Watchlist Agents stop landing new prospects
- Email / phone reveals pause — steps needing an unreachable channel skip
- AI reply drafts pause — replies fall back to plain-classify + hand off to you
- Ask Guhan works but every response burns overflow (which fails when balance = 0 → Ask Guhan tells you)
- Sending doesn’t pause — messages already drafted continue going out (sending itself is free)
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrade — takes effect immediately. Guhan credits the difference between old + new monthly grant to your wallet on the same day. Downgrade — scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. You keep the higher plan until then; new plan starts at renewal. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade before it lands. Both from Settings → Billing → Change plan.Trial period
- Day 0–7 — full Starter features, no credit card required
- Day 8 — trial ends; you’ll be prompted to add payment
- Day 8–14 — if no payment, workspace goes read-only; all data preserved
- Day 15+ — no payment yet? Data preserved for 30 more days, then archived
Payment failures on a paid plan
If a monthly renewal charge fails, your workspace enters a 7-day grace period:- Day 0–7 of grace: full access, banner asks you to update your card
- Day 8+ of grace: workspace flips to read-only; data preserved
- Update payment anytime to lift the read-only state
