What’s in a Prospect record
- Name, title, headline — pulled from their LinkedIn profile
- Company — links to the Company record
- Contact channels — LinkedIn URL, email (if revealed), phone (if revealed)
- Source — which Watchlist Agent found them + which signal triggered
- Score — how well they match your ICP (0–100)
- Timeline — every message sent to them + every reply received
- Research brief — 3 sentences Guhan wrote about them (used by the message agent when drafting)
- Notes — anything you want to jot down
Prospects page
The Audience → Prospects page shows everyone in your workspace:- Filter by — List, Watchlist Agent, Outreach Agent, status, source, channel
- Search by — name, title, company, email
- Sort by — most recent, name, score
- Export — download as CSV (up to 10,000 at a time)

Prospect status
Every prospect has a derived status:| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Replied | Prospect responded to at least one message |
| Active | In-flight in a sequence, no reply yet |
| Paused | Sequence paused (agent paused OR prospect on “not now”) |
| DNC | On Do Not Contact list |
| Unmailable | No reachable channels found |
| Cold | Discovered but not yet enrolled in any sequence |
Blocking a prospect
Right-click a prospect (or use the kebab menu on their detail page) → Block → moves them to Do Not Contact + ends any in-flight sequences for them.Deleting
Prospects are NOT deletable from the UI (chat agent tools can’t delete them either — safety design). To permanently remove: contact hello@guhan.ai. Blocking is usually what you want.Related
