Guhan supports multi-user workspaces so your entire sales team can run outreach from a single account. Each seat comes with its own sender connections — LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp — as well as its own daily Ask Guhan token quota, so team members work independently without stepping on each other’s campaigns.

To add a seat, go to Settings → Billing → Add Seat. The charge is prorated to your current billing cycle and renews monthly alongside your subscription.

Inviting Team Members

Open Team Settings

Navigate to Settings → Team.

Click Invite Member

Click the Invite Member button in the top-right corner.

Enter Their Work Email

Type their work email address and select the role you want to assign them — Admin or Member.

Send the Invite

Click Send Invite. They’ll receive an email with a personalised sign-up link valid for 48 hours.

Confirm Acceptance

Once they accept and complete sign-up, they appear in your Settings → Team list and can start connecting senders and running campaigns.
Each team member should connect their own LinkedIn and email accounts as senders. This ensures outreach comes from a real, individual profile — which gets much higher response rates.

Roles

Guhan has two roles. Assign the right role when you send an invite — you can change it later from Settings → Team.
Admins have full access to the workspace, including:
  • All campaigns (their own and other members’)
  • Billing, plan changes, and credit purchases
  • Inviting and removing team members
  • Workspace-level settings and integrations
The account owner is always an Admin and cannot be downgraded.

Removing a Member

To remove a team member from your workspace:
  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click the member’s name.
  3. Select Remove Member and confirm.
When a member is removed, their sender connections are immediately disconnected and any active campaigns running under their senders are paused. Their historical activity (prospects contacted, meetings booked) remains visible in your account for reporting purposes. The seat is freed up and your next billing cycle reflects the reduced count.
Pausing a member’s campaigns mid-sequence may leave prospects mid-flight without follow-ups. Review their active campaigns before removing them and either reassign or complete the sequences first.

Because credits are shared, coordinate with your team on campaign volume — especially on plans with lower monthly allocations. Admins can monitor credit usage per member from Dashboard → Credits.
