What it does
Every day (or on a schedule you pick), the Watchlist Agent:- Searches LinkedIn for people matching your ICP (job title + location + industry + company size)
- Filters that list by the triggers you set (funding, hiring, competitor engagement, etc.)
- Adds qualifying people to a List — your bucket of active prospects
- From that List, your Outreach Agent picks them up and starts messaging
What you configure

Where prospects land
Where prospects land
You bind the Watchlist Agent to a List. Every prospect it finds gets added to that List. From there, your Outreach Agent picks them up.You can point multiple Watchlist Agents at the same List (e.g., one for “VPs of Sales” + another for “Directors of Sales” both feeding your “Enterprise Sales Leaders” List).
Daily cadence
You don’t schedule sweeps manually. Guhan runs the Watchlist Agent on a rhythm that matches your daily prospect target — usually once per day per signal, spread across the day to look natural. You can set a daily prospect target (e.g., “give me 25 new prospects per day”). Once the target is hit, Guhan pauses the agent for the day and picks up tomorrow.
Seeing what it found
Every Watchlist Agent has a detail page showing:- Today’s sweeps — how many prospects landed today, filtered by which signal
- Sweep history — the last 30 sweeps, each drillable into per-prospect detail
- Lifetime totals — unique prospects found + how many landed vs. got filtered out
When to run multiple Watchlist Agents
One workspace can run many Watchlist Agents at once. Common patterns:- One per persona — “VPs of Sales” + “Directors of Sales” + “RevOps Leaders” each feeding the same List
- One per market — “US SaaS” + “EU SaaS” as separate agents
- One per trigger — “Hiring signal” + “Funding signal” as two agents; different messaging in each Outreach Agent
