What Guhan does when a Campaign runs
For every prospect in the target List:- Reads the prospect’s profile — recent posts, current company, recent job change, whatever signal brought them in
- Writes a personalized message using your brand voice + product context
- Sends the first step through your connected LinkedIn / Email / WhatsApp account (as you — Guhan operates on your identity)
- Waits + follows up per the sequence you configured
- Reads any reply, either drafts a response or hands off to you in the Inbox
What you give Guhan when you assign a Campaign
Audience
Which List of prospects to reach. Filled from search criteria, buying signals, competitors, another List, or a CSV.
Sequence
The message flow: LinkedIn invite → wait → DM → wait → email, etc. Any mix of channels and timings.
Sender account
Which of your connected accounts (LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp) Guhan uses to actually send.
What a sequence looks like
A step-by-step stair Guhan walks each prospect through:What Guhan writes
Every message is generated fresh per prospect. Guhan writes from:- Their profile — name, title, current company, headline
- Their recent activity — the post that triggered them showing up, or their most recent LinkedIn post
- Your brand voice — tone, phrases you use, phrases to avoid
- Your product — what you sell, key value props
- The step context — first invite is short and vague; a follow-up email 2 weeks in is longer and more concrete
Safety Guhan runs for you
Guhan throttles sending so your accounts stay healthy:- Daily caps per action — LinkedIn invites: ~25/day. DMs: ~30/day. Adjustable in Sender account settings.
- Sending window — Guhan only sends during hours you set (e.g., 9am–6pm Mon-Fri).
- Warm-up — new sender accounts start at 30% of full pace and ramp over 30 days.
- Retries — transient failures (rate limit, network) retry automatically; you never lose a message.
Working with a live Campaign
You can:- Launch — Guhan starts sending immediately (within its sending window)
- Pause — Guhan stops sending; in-flight sequences hold in place
- Edit the sequence — Guhan publishes a new version; prospects already in-flight keep their old version until their next step
- Clone — duplicate the Campaign to test a different sequence variant
Cost
Guhan sending messages doesn’t cost credits (LinkedIn actions are gated by daily caps, not credits). What costs credits:- Discovering a prospect (1 credit per landed prospect) — every prospect a source lands in your List
- Revealing an email (4 credits) — if a step needs email but the prospect’s email is hidden
- Revealing a phone (12 credits) — WhatsApp steps
- AI reply draft (1 credit) — when Guhan drafts a reply for you to review
